First marathon in HK
Standard chartered marathon 2021
This marathon had delayed for 1 year due to covid 19.
Luckily we were 2020 registrar, we able to get a slot automatically.
However, there's still regulation we needs to follow
i: pre covid check up
ii: at least 1 dose of vaccination
Pre marathon
I feels endless run in west tunnel
Although is winter, i still feels hot as summer

My leg started to cramp at this place

mission done ✅
Second marathon in this year 2021
Minion run in west kowloon
Due to covid, we need to wear mask for the whole run (4km)
I remember to put tape on my knee and ankle for this run ✌
no leg cramps ✌✌✌
